SHUNDE® TEETH HARDNESS TEST

A total of 30 bucket teeth for construction wheel loaders and excavators were randomly selected and tested by an independent laboratory specializing in metallurgical testing and failure analysis. Brinell hardness tests were performed on the internal surfaces of the bucket teeth.

Each tooth was sectioned along the centerline to expose the internal structure, and hardness measurements were taken at multiple locations.

The average Brinell hardness was calculated along the internal centerline to account for hardness variations between the tooth tip and other regions, reflecting the hardness performance after surface wear in real operating conditions.

Key Findings:

The tested bucket teeth showed leading performance in average centerline hardness.
SHUNDE® bucket teeth demonstrated highly uniform hardness from the tooth tip to the rear box section, with no measurable hardness variation along the centerline.
